Policies

We are grateful you are considering us for your overnight accommodations during your visit to Eldon! Please take a moment to read our policies to ensure the best experience.

Reservation & Additional Policies

 

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

Please acknowledge: Payment is made at time of reservation.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to read and adhere to the policies listed below.

Please do not make reservations on behalf of others, with the exception of special celebrations or out of town family/friends visiting. No local rentals: within a 30 mile radius of Eldon, with the exception of special celebrations/occasions. Please message me before making your reservation if you have questions about this policy.

You will receive a confirmation email after you make your reservation. Please read it for instructions on checking in the day of your arrival.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

A valid form of government-issued identification is required at check-in.
We require contact information from the guests, including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. The number of guests occupying the room must be registered. 

You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.

All children under 16 years of age staying at the court must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No gatherings or parties of any nature are permitted. No unregistered guests are permitted on the property.

No Pets.

PARKING
Vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner of vehicle. Historic Randles Court shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 7a.m.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Historic Randles Court is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or to have you and members of your party removed from the motor court if we consider these policies to have been breached.

Our motor court rooms are furnished and decorated in vintage and antique pieces, many donated by other guests. We hope you will enjoy & appreciate these pieces as much as we do! Please help us preserve the past for the future!

NO SMOKING (Please refrain from lighting candles as well.)

Smoking in guestrooms will result in a $100 cleaning fee. We ask that you not smoke on our front porch as to keep the walk way smoke free for others passing by. Please do not dispose of cigarettes in our parking lot.

DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS/FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT:
Historic Randles Court reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the motor court. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the motor court due to their actions and will be evicted. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at our discretion.

LOST & FOUND POLICY
Historic Randles Court, LLC assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately (573) 557-2578.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Check-out time is 11 am. Please check-out by leaving the key in the room & sending a text to 573-557-2578. A charge may be applied for late check-out.

A $50 charge will be placed for misplaced/un-returned keys due to cost of re-keying.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THESE POLICIES
Historic Randles Court LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Policies or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy allows cancellation with refund (minus the credit card processing fee we're charged from our merchant) if we are notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Room reservations may be modified to a different arrival date, but will not be refunded if subsequently canceled.

No Show Policy
There will be no refund given for failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation.
